Binding: Contemporary half vellum over pasteboard.

Origin: Location based on language. -- Approximate date based on 1850 notation beside two sermons in table of contents on fol. 3v. -- Pope Pius IX (elected 1846) mentioned on fol. XXX establishes terminus a quo.

Manuscript enumeration begins on fol. 5r.

Fol. 41 is a half-leaf.

Half-leaves in a different hand laid-in after fols. 63, 93 , 101, 123, 153 and 190 (with wax seal); full leaf with embossed stamp laid-in after fol. 132 (enumeration on added leaves keyed to MS enumeration; removed to item folder). -- Half-leaf dated 1839 laid-in after fol. 197 (removed to item folder).
