Provenance: Gift of Marilyn Satterlee, February 1982. -- Note at foot of fol. 1r: "Lib[er] dom[um] S[anc]te Barbiae i[n] Colo[n] [i.e. Cologne?] ord Carthu[us]ij de laudib[u]s S[anc]te Ma[r]ie vgl. + lv".
