Land grant from Peter Baldwine to his second son, John Baldwine, for "one oxgan of land and thre quarterans of an oxgan of land arable, meadow and pasture ... being in the feilds and territorys of Winterton and comonly called or knowne by the name of Barrons[?] land"; the document goes on to note the neighboring landholders in each cardinal direction and the legal fate of the land should John Baldwine die; notarized on the verso with several signatures.

Origin: "To all Christian people to whome this [pre]sente writing shall to me Peter Baldwine of Winterton in the County of Lincolne ... in witnesse whereof I have hereunto sette my ward and seale the seventeenth day of May in the thirteenthe yeare of the reigne of our Soveraigne Lord Charles ... anno Domini 1637".
