Ms. codex.
Title supplied by cataloger.
Appears to be in the tradition of the 14th-century Meditatione vitae Christi. Similar to Nicholas Love's (d. 1424) "Mirror of the blessed life of Jesus Christ" but not the same text (cf. Nicholas Love, The mirror of the blessed life of Jesus Christ : a reading text, ed. Michael G. Sargent (Exeter, 2004)). Not Wycliffite or Lollard, but rather in reaction against such movements.
