Wells, photographs of the Wells family, and other documents related to the Wells family. The letters discuss a variety of subjects, including H. G.'s career and success as an author, H. G.'s studies as a student, H. G.'s health issues, H. G. and Frederick's finances, fatherhood, and deaths in the family. Frederick Joseph Wells, older brother to H. G. Wells, compiled and arranged the collection. Frederick's daughter, Jean Wells, may have added the annotations included with many of the items.
