Caption on revers of image reads, "The station wagaon has right-of-way! When a bicyclist leaves a bicycle path and enters a roadway, he becomes a subject of the same rules of the road that govern auto traffic. When crossing streets, cyclists are urged by safety officials at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to dismount and walk their bicycles across."
