Scope and Contents:
This collection contains miscellaneous Ku Klux Klan items. The handwritten note was donated to the Illinois Historical Survey by Vincent Golden, Urbana, Il., in 1991. The printed material was acquired from Robert W. Sterling, Charleston, Il., in 2005. The collection includes the following items:
1. Invitation by H. C. Taylor to "Faithful and esteemed Klansmen" to a special meeting of the "Harmony Club," Havana, Il., May 20, 1924.
