These include a bill protecting the rights of American settlers in the territory of Oregon as well as bills that organize territorial governments and statehood for Wisconsin, Oregon, California, Minnesota, New Mexico, Utah, Washington, Nebraska, Arizona, Dacotah [Dakota], and Kansas.
