33rd Congress, 1st Session (1854), Bill, S.22, to organize the Kansas and Nebraska territory (176 pages).
37th Congress, 2nd Session (1862), Bill, S.132, to authorize the President to establish provisional governments in several Southern states (14 pages), and Bill, S.200, related committee reports and amendments (15 pages).
