Alumni Association Proceedings, including a manuscript record book containing: class index and record (1874-75), reports of class secretaries (1874-75), copies of alumni letters (1874-75), printed reports of commencement week proceedings and the business meeting of the Alumni Association (1886-87), minutes of meetings (1873-85), 1887-91), names and addresses of alumni attending commencements (1916-20), constitutions and amendments (1873-78, 1887, 1889), lists of members (1873-95), and minutes of May 20, 1939 Alumni Association Meeting.

This series also includes published Reports of the Proceedings of Commencement Week, Sessions of the Alumni Association and Alumni Directory (1889-95), consisting of reports of commencement week, programs of the Alumni Association, including addresses by well-known alumni and for 1889-1893, the Directory of Alumni by class, giving name, occupation and residence, and Meetings of the Alumni Association of the University of Illinois (1898-1906), and Charles Sanford Remarks as Director of Admissions and Records to the Board of Directors (1962).
