Description: Scrapbook includes photos, newsclippings, and performance programs of University of Illinois alumnus Clayton Cash's time as a trumpeter in campus orchestras and with Clyde McCoy's orchestra in the Drake Hotel (Chicago), as well as his wife Mary's (known professionally as Jane Carpenter) career as a radio personality and pianist. Papers include telegram correspondence with Mr. Cash's parents, newsclippings, and performance flyers.
