Description: Correspondence, questionnaire and report of the Special Senate Committee on Standards of Scholarship in the student body. The April, 1916 report includes a definition of scholarship standards, reports on existing conditions, recommendations on entrance requirements, elimination procedures, "junior" and "senior" college courses, scholarships, examinations and student activities. The correspondence includes reports relating to action taken on the committee report by the faculties of the Colleges of Agriculture, Engineering and Liberal Arts and Sciences and Library School.
