Adelphic Society Records, 1875-1927

Records of the Adelphic Literary Society, founded in 1868, including proceedings (1898-1927), critic's books (1880-82, 1884-97, 1901-22), a fee book (1882-91), account books (1875-1908), and photographs of members (1907-1921).

Proceedings include minutes of meetings showing attendance, programs, membership, and business actions. Critics books contain narrative comments on presentation of readings, papers, debate, and extemporaneous talks by the society's critic.
