Duplicated copies of annual reports of the Library Research Center, which was established with a grant from Library Services Act funds and supported by funds from the U.S. Office of Education and state libraries in the Midwest. The Center has studied and published reports on rural library development and problems in the administration of public and academic libraries.

The series includes a form used in a survey of state library consultants.
