Description: A manuscript notebook (1900-02) kept by Edna Lucy Goss, BLS '02 (1876-1939), as a student in the Library School, containing notes on Miss Katharine Sharp's classes in cataloging and classification, with sample cards, reports on visits made to Chicago libraries and directions for practice work at the University Library. The series includes Miss Goss' correspondence with Phineas L. Windsor concerning the notebook (1938) and a manuscript list of book numbers used at Bryn Mawr College Library for Latin and Greek authors.
