Charles Meyerson Papers, 1973-94

Description: Papers of Charles “Charlie” Meyerson (BS 1977, MS 1978 Journalism).  Consists of two series, one detailing his time as a student at the University of Illinois and the other chronicling his professional career in radio.  Student-related materials include administrative records, course items (exams, faculty correspondence, notes, photographs, syllabi), photographs, programs, student organizations publications/other items, Unit One documents, and WPGU radio transcripts.  Professional materials consist of scripts from WMRO, WAUR, and WXRT programs that Meyerson presented from 1977 to 1989.  Meyerson's show and documentary recordings from WPGU and later career are available in the Digital Library.
