Evolving Archives Initiative Oral Histories, 2012-

Description: The Evolving Archives Initiative (EVA) at the University of Illinois Archives is an innovative model to create, acquire, manage, and provide access to content celebrating both important historical events and diverse individual experiences of University life and culture. The EVA model is designed to operate in collaboration with campus colleges and departments, working with students and alumni to capture a variety of interview content from the University community both present and past. Materials collected will enhance the scope of the University Archives holdings and encourage broader and more innovative uses of primary sources in the University curriculum.
