Upstate New York Chapter File, formerly Western New York Chapter File, contains official records of the Art Libraries Society of North America (ARLIS/NA)'s Upstate New York chapter, which was known until 2014 as the Western New York chapter; series includes annual reports, brochure, bylaws, correspondence, financial reports, funding records, histories of the chapter, meeting materials, membership directory, newsletters, outreach information, and surveys.

Hard copy holdings include annual reports (1979-80, 1982-86, 1988-94, 2005), brochure, bylaws, correspondence, financial reports, funding records, meeting materials, history (ca. 1985), membership directory, newsletters, outreach information, and surveys.  Online holdings include annual report (2004) and history (ca. 2014).
