Caption on the back reads: "These children will know how to make their airplane fly when they finish studying the book provided by the regional library service. 'How to do it' books are popular with all ages. A county court member, a machinist by trade, became a promoter of library service in his county when he found on the bookmobile a book on machinery. 'If I had only had a chance at books like that when I was a boy,' was his lament to the regional library."
