The series also includes completed survey forms for the Joint Survey of Library Automation Activities (SLA/ALA, 1966) showing institutional size, current automation applications and plans. The Joint Survey formed part of the Library subcommittee of the American Society for Testing Materials (1967-76), the Committee on Library Automation (COLA) (1964-72), the Interlibrary Communications Information Networks (1968-70), Roster (1982, 1985, 1987-93, 1995-97) and a history of ISAD (1964-70).
