Text on the back reads: Andrew Carnegie, the great American manufacturer was born in 1835; he started as a telegraph operator in Pittsburgh and became rich speculating, which enabled him to engage in the famous iron and steel industries, which are to-day the greatest in the world. He spends his immense forture by helping public institutions and building libraries in most large cities of this country.
