ARLIS/NA Secretary's Files (Born Digital Records) | Art Libraries Society of North America

ARLIS/NA Secretary's Files Born Digital Records consist of annual and midyear reports from ARLIS/NA's constituent groups: Affiliate Liaisons, Chapters, Committees, Divisions, the Editorial Board, the Executive Board, Round Tables, Sections, and Special Interest Groups (SIGs).

ARLIS/NA policy dictates that these documents be deposited with the Secretary, who then transfers them to the Archives.  Hence, they are filed in the Secretary's files, and not the records of the constituent groups.

However, reports from years prior to 2000 may be filed with other constituent group records, as well as some duplicates from after that year.  Researchers interested in reports from a specific subunit of ARLIS/NA should check its individual record series (if there is one) along with the Secretary's Files.
