Postcard of the Lahaina Branch of the Maui County Library in Hawaii. Published by Ray Helbig's Hawaiian Service.
Caption on the back reads: "Lahaina Branch - Maui County Library, Hawaiian Islands … was build in 1955 on the site of royal tara patches where tradition says King Kamehameha III sometimes worked to teach his people the dignity of labor. The library overlooks the blue Pacific, playground of Humpback Whales. The West Maui Mountains are in the background."
