Col. A. S. McLemore, of the Marine Corps, assisted by Major Evans, arranged to have copies of the "MARINES" Magazines for May taken to Quantico, Va. by seaplane where they were distributed to about one thousand marines. Mr. Severance of the American Library Association, (in charge of library work at Quantico,) Miss Theresa Hitchler, and Mrs. Crete P. Hutchinson, assisted Chaplain Nivers in presenting the boys with fresh copies of the "Marines" which were sent from New Yok by Mr. Preston Gibson, the editor.
