Back reads: "The State Normal School is a magnificent structure, located on High and Pine Streets. The first portion of the building was completed in 1896.
"The present structure contains a library of 10,000 volumes. The faculty numbers 24. From this building a most beautiful view of the chity and bay can be secured."
