Biographical Note
Harold F. Brigham (1897-1971) graduated from Princeton University and attended library school at the New York Public Library. Brigham worked as a librarian in Kentucky before accepting a position as a librarian at the Indiana State Library (1). He was a member of ALA's Executive Board (1938-42), a research assistant (1925-27), and a member of the Committee on Salaries, Insurance and Annuities (1924-29).
