The scrapbook contains information on the trip (March 1897), International Library Conference program (July 13-16, 1897), itinerary, program for the Merchant of Venice at the Royal Lyceum Theatre (July 15, 1897), Stratford map, articles about the conference and trip from the Osterhout Free Library newsletter, correspondence to Elizabeth Clarke from W.E. Parker and H.E. Davidson of the Library Bureau, luncheon invitation from the Mayor of Bath (July 22, 1897), receipts and financial information, visitor information, ephemera, and photographs.
