Access Restrictions

Three Summer Educational Institute Reed College folders from 2006 (Budget, Instructors; Checking Account Information Correspondence; and Logistical Arrangements and Refunds) have been determined to be of a confidential or sensitive nature and have been marked "Restricted" on the folders and the finding aid.  After 2026, access is available subject to Archivist's review.

Two folders (Board -- Management Contract/McPhersonClarke, 2008 and Mid-Year Board Meeting, Budgets, Correspondence, and Conference Call Minutes, 2008) have been restricted until 2028 and have been marked "Restricted" on the folders and the finding aid.  Persons wishing to examine documents contained therein must have the written permission of the individuals to whom the material refers. After the death of said persons, access is available without restriction subject to the established user regulations of the ARLIS/NA Archives.

The Contracts and 2007-08 Financial Statement folder, 2007-09, has been restricted until 2029 and has been marked "Restricted" on the folder and the finding aid.  Persons wishing to examine documents contained therein must have the written permission of the individuals to whom the material refers. After the death of said persons, access is available without restriction subject to the established user regulations of the ARLIS/NA Archives.

The Executive Board Meeting Materials and Correspondence folder, 2008-10, has been restricted until 2030 and has been marked "Restricted" on the folder and the finding aid.  Persons wishing to examine documents contained therein must have the written permission of the individuals to whom the material refers. After the death of said persons, access is available subject to Archivist's review.
