Biographical Note for Bluh, Pamela : Pamela Bluh was the Associate Director for Technical Services and Administration at the Thurgood Marshall Law Library, University of Maryland, School of Law. She also served as president of the Association of Library Collections and Technical Services in 2007-2008, as editor of the ALCTS Papers on Library Technical Services and Collections from 2003-2006, and as chair of the Fundraising Committee from 2000-2004. In 2012, she received ALCTS' Ross Atkinson Lifetime Archievement Award.[1]
