Papers of Edward C. (Ted) Goodman, vice president (2000), president (2001), and past president (2002) of ARLIS/NA; co-chair of Local Arrangements (1990); and chair of George Wittenborn Memorial Book Awards (1991), Development Committee (1994), Nominating Committee (1998), and Travel Awards Committee (1999-2001), contain correspondence, executive board minutes and motions, budgets, balance sheets, annual and midyear reports, contracts, flyers, committee guidelines, concerning Goodman's oversight of the governance and operation of ARLIS/NA constituent groups and chapters, including organizing the 1990 conference in New York, the 2002 conference in St. Louis, and the 2004 conference in New York; transitioning to a new management firm, Elizabeth A. Clarke and Associates, Inc.; receiving a Getty Foundation Grant for Latin American participants for the 2005 conference in Houston; and redesigning the ARLIS/NA website.
