Papers of Janis Ekdahl, vice president (1993), president (1994), and past president (1995) of ARLIS/NA, contains correspondence (much between Ekdahl and ARLIS/NA co-founder Judith Hoffberg); guidelines; annual and midyear reports; balance sheets and statements of operations concerning Ekdahl's oversight of the governance and operation of ARLIS/NA constituent groups, chapters, and committees, including creating new guidelines for conferences and memorial gifts, transitioning the society's management of publications to a new professional firm, Olson Management Group, and restructuring ARLIS/NA dues. Series also includes photocopies of and background historical material for 20th anniversary posters from 1992 ARLIS/NA Annual Meeting.
