Secretary's Files of secretaries David Patten (1973-74), Nancy John (1975), Susan Craig (1976), Karen Harvey (1977-79), Clive Phillpot (1979-81), Barbara Sevy (1981-82), Lynette Korenic (1983-85), Nancy McCauley (1985-86), Helene Roberts (1987-89), Anita Gilden (1989-91), Barbara Polowy (1991-93), Sherman Clarke (1993-95), Maryly Snow (1995-97), Jeanne Brown (1997-99), Peter Blank (1999-2000), Eumie Imm-Stroukoff (2005-07), and Rebecca Price (2007-09) contains annual and midyear reports, correspondence, press releases, ballots, contracts, and executive board agendas, minutes, and motions concerning the operation of ARLIS/NA, including changes to bylaws, executive board meetings at conferences, and the financial struggles of 1978.

Born digital records consist of annual reports from ARLIS/NA's constituent groups, which are deposited with and transferred to the Archives by the ARLIS/NA Secretary.
