Papers of Norman D. Stevens (1932- ), University Librarian (1975- 86), Director of University Libraries (1986-1994) at the University of Connecticut Libraries, and Director of the Molesworth Institute (1957), contains library memorabilia from public, private, and university libraries in the United States and abroad, library cards, certificates, charge slips, date due cards, compliments slips and interlibrary loan coupons, bookmarks, posters, calendars and Christmas cards from exhibits, collections, procedures and history, ALA and library badges, buttons and several non-badge items (c. 1975-1995), includes general libraries and librarians, Connecticut libraries, other state library associations, individual libraries, library networks, the Online Computer Library Center (OCLC), ALA Presidential Candidates, ALA and other library associations, and publishers and vendors, autographed documents and librarian's correspondence, and research on the history of the ALA.
