Photograph of a lecture with library patron in the Meeting Room at the Harford County Library in Bel Air, Maryland.

The local Grange undertook the remodeling of the library basement into a meeting room. Many of the Grange members did most of the actual work. This grange project won first prize in the state. As a result of a bird lecture sponsored by the library, a county bird club was formed. This picture shows one of their monthly meetings. Meeting room is used frequently by civic organizations."
