AACR2 Editorial Files (Born Digital) | The American Library Association Archives

Born-digital records from the AACR2 Editorial Files contain budgets, schedules, plans, minutes, agendas, press releases, proposals, brochures, reports, correspondence, staff resumes, rosters, position descriptions, and training documents pertaining to the work of CoP, Co'Publishers, and Joint Steering Committee to develop and adopt Resource, Description and Access (RDA) as a replacement for AACR2 (Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules). Covers topics as RDA business plans, communications plans, governance, administration, financial issues, risk assessment, projects management, outreach group formation and RDA implementation decisions.

Note that the Joint Steering Committee for Revision of AACR changed its name in 2007 to the Joint Steering Committee for Development of RDA.
