On the back reads: "Books are made available by jeep in the rural mountainous area of the Towns-Union Regional Library in northeast Georgia. Miss Margaret Woodall, Director, and her educational assistant, Miss Cornelia Lowe, take turns in this unique type of bookmobile."
Attached description reads: "In contrast to the first bookwagon, this jeep shows a more modern means of reaching rural families with books. It is used in Georgia in places where the bookmobiles cannot go.
"Here it is fording a mountain stream to take books to readers back in the hills."
