"Sir John Russel (right), director of the famous Rothamsted experiment station in England, who is inspecting the Illinois experiment fields with Dean H. W. Mumford. Sir John says that in England farmers go fox-hunting two days a week in the winter, floods are unknown, and there is no farm relief problem."
