Featured are marchers in the annual Hobo Parade in downtown Champaign. The Hobo Parade was an annual event where people dressed up on costumes and attire resembling that of hobos. However, on campus, this expanded to different outfits and disguises meant to satirize elements of the Champaign Urbana community.

An adult in clown makeup stands on the left side of the image smiling. On the right, a man dressed as a baby and another dressed as his father pose in a stroller. This image is a shot from the Bernard Strauch collection of Hobo Parade Imagery.
