Microfilm copies of student record books of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (1885-1897) and College of Medicine (1897), showing student's name, age, address, years of attendance and parent or guardian; admission credentials; preceptor; course titles; grades and attendance for each year; hospital and clinic examinations; graduation data and remarks. Some years include lists and announcements of faculty prizes, scholarships and medals awarded in each class; official correspondence with students; and hospital appointment lists. Starting with 1903, each student has an additional record page with information pertaining to preliminary education, advanced standing (previous undergraduate or graduate work, and transcripts.
Books for 1928-36 show preliminary education , student's name, address, birthplace, and birth date; parent's name and address; matriculation date; course titles , hours, grades and attendance for each semester; degree and certificate conferred and dates; hospital internship and special reports.
