Description: Letterpress copybook of Dean Thomas J. Burrill (9/28/97 - 10/26/05) containing correspondence relating to courses of study for graduate degrees, residency requirements, degrees conferred, fellowships, admissions to Illinois and other graduate schools and graduate students. The book contains an April 21, 1903 nine-page report on the Graduate School to President Andrew S. Draper and supplementary reports for 1904 and 1905. Clark (12/69 - 12/78), concerns committee appointments, contracts and grants, enrollment statistics and reductions, space needs, faculty and staff appointments, salary increases, patents, and requests for information about the University.
