Description: Frederick John Giehler Scrapbook, 1912-1916, includes postcards, photographs, event programs, newspaper clippings, scorecards and dance cards pertaining to friends and family, student life, homecoming, athletics, athletic events, Pi Omicron (later became Theta Chi), military ball, military day, 1914 commencement and construction of the armory. The series also includes complete and incomplete issues of the Daily Illini, The Dope Sheet, The Arcola Record-Herald, Daily Republican-Times (Ottawa, IL) and Chicago Tribune.
