Brief Description: Papers of Betsy Ross, including correspondence, programs, photographs, and publications relating to Ms. Ross' uncle Arthur C. Willard and his presidency (1934-46), Willard's education, faculty service (1913-34), guest lists (1934-36, 1940), President's House (1933-45), Illini Union (1936-41), Airport (1945-54), and retirement (1946).  The series includes Ms. Ross' oral history comments in the Willard administration (Aug. 30, 1967), her "I Fly the Flag" memoir (1984), and photographs of University buildings and events.
