Consists of of course notes, essays, exams, and syllabi from Gerald Peterson's time as an English student at the University of Illinois.

Gerald L. Peterson was a student in the University of Illinois's English department, earning degrees in 1969, 1970,  and 1974. He studied under former University Archivist Maynard Brichford, and went on to serve as the University Archivist and Special Collections Librarian at the University of Northern Iowa for 42 years.
